2. Return shipping costs
Should the Purchaser exercise its right of withdrawal under article 6 of the general terms and conditions, the shipping costs for the return of the Products shall always be equal to 10,00 EUR, irrespective of the location from which the Purchaser returns the Products, and shall be entirely borne by the Purchaser.
Should the Purchaser submit a Claim under article 7 of the general terms and conditions and be required to return the defective Product, the shipping costs for the return of the Products shall always be equal to 0,00 EUR and shall be entirely borne by the Seller.
